I Know You

This poem and artwork focus on vulnerability. Often when we are young we are taught not to cry and we carry this with us into adulthood. This poem explores the difficulties that we can face when expressing our emotions. The poem “I Know You” is dedicated to my younger self and the advice I wish I could give her now.
